The club’s annual summer cocktails event will be taking place on Saturday 14th June 2014 (7th Week Trinity Term), and following the success of last year’s event it is our pleasure to invite you back to the University Parks for what promises to be a fantastic day. Last year we celebrated the club’s 150th anniversary, and this year remains an exciting time for the club, as we shall be moving back into our newly refurbished clubhouse at 1a King Edward Street in Trinity Term; for many returning members, the 14th will be your first chance to see the work that has been done this year. Once again we will be having Resident v Alumni members’ sports matches in the afternoon; see below for more details.
We would be delighted to welcome as many members and guests from the whole of Oxford sport as possible to share in what is always a special event for Vincent’s.

Tickets
Tickets are always in demand so you are advised to buy yours in good time to avoid disappointment. We will be using e-tickets to ensure swift entry to the event, after paying for tickets you will receive an email containing your ticket. You can either use an e-ticket on your smartphone by downloading the free app as per the email, or can print off a paper copy. Please ensure you bring one of these with you on the day.
All tickets can be purchased online via the form below. Resident members can also purchase their tickets in cash or using their tab from the clubhouse; tickets will be emailed to you within 2 working days.

17:30 – Doors open for refreshments. Live music entertainment begins
20:30 – End of drinks service
